1. Purpose

Use Tupolis lawfully, safely and respectfully. Do not use the service to harm people, compromise systems, breach confidentiality or misuse protected content.

2. Illegal or harmful activity

Do not use Tupolis for unlawful conduct, threats, harassment, exploitation, fraud, malicious software or other harmful activity.

3. Children and vulnerable people

Do not use Tupolis to groom, manipulate, exploit or make inappropriate contact with children or vulnerable people. Child/community functionality requires additional safeguards before it is enabled.

4. Privacy and confidentiality

Do not disclose information you are not entitled to disclose. Removing a name does not necessarily anonymise a person if the remaining details can identify them.

5. Practitioner information

Do not upload identifiable client notes, therapy records, safeguarding records, medical records, identity documents, credentials or other confidential client records to practitioner areas unless an expressly authorised mechanism exists.

6. Cybersecurity

Do not attempt unauthorised access, bypass role restrictions, scrape protected content, probe systems beyond authorised security reporting, distribute malware, or exploit vulnerabilities.

7. Intellectual property and AI extraction

Do not systematically copy Tupolis materials, create unauthorised datasets/embeddings, train external models on substantial protected content or use protected materials to build competing products.

Limited ordinary AI assistance with a user's own notes may be acceptable where it does not breach copyright, confidentiality, professional duties or these rules.

8. Account misuse

Do not share restricted professional access or impersonate another user. Parent-controlled child use is permitted where it is the intended access model.

9. Future AI

Users must not attempt to use future AI functionality to obtain other users' information, reveal confidential system instructions, execute unauthorised actions or circumvent safeguards.

10. Emergency limitations

Tupolis, forums and future AI are not emergency services and are not continuously monitored. People Building's normal admin hours are Monday to Thursday, 9:00am to 6:00pm UK time, excluding public holidays and notified closures.

11. Enforcement

People Building may investigate, remove content, restrict functionality, suspend or terminate access, and take other proportionate action where permitted by applicable agreements and law.
