1. Agreement and authorised access
These terms govern authorised use of Tupolis. Tupolis is not an unrestricted public-registration service. Access is provided through an eligible programme, professional relationship or other authorised route.
A parent or guardian who controls an account used by a child is responsible for the account and for appropriate supervision of access.
2. Accounts and security
Users must provide accurate account information, protect credentials, and notify People Building of suspected compromise. Accounts may not be transferred or shared with unauthorised people, except for the intended parent-controlled child use described by the programme.
3. Licence to use content
People Building grants authorised users a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable right to use Tupolis content for the purpose for which access was provided. Ownership is not transferred.
4. Prohibited copying and extraction
Users must not systematically record, download, scrape, reproduce, redistribute or republish substantial Tupolis content; share restricted content with unauthorised people; create competing course libraries; or use substantial Tupolis content to train/fine-tune external AI models, create datasets or build unauthorised knowledge bases.
5. Intellectual property
People Building and its licensors retain applicable intellectual-property rights in courses, videos, worksheets, presentations, assessments, software, branding, prompts, structured AI instructions and other protected content. See the Copyright & Intellectual Property Notice.
6. User content and uploads
Users retain rights they own in original content they submit. They grant People Building a limited permission to host/process it as necessary to operate Tupolis. Users must have authority to upload content and must not upload unlawful, infringing or improperly confidential material.
Practitioner uploads are governed by additional forum/upload rules.
7. Quizzes and assessments
Unless expressly stated otherwise, Tupolis quizzes, assessments and scores are educational or developmental tools and are not medical or psychological diagnoses or standalone risk assessments.
8. Health and wellbeing
Tupolis is educational. It is not an emergency service and does not replace appropriate medical, psychological, safeguarding or other professional help. See the Health & Wellbeing Disclaimer.
9. AI
No integrated AI assistant is currently live. Any future AI is subject to separate transparency and safety notices and must not be treated as a therapist, doctor, lawyer, emergency responder or guaranteed source of accurate information.
10. Availability and changes
People Building may update, maintain, suspend, replace or discontinue platform functionality. Continuous error-free availability is not guaranteed.
11. Third-party services
Tupolis may embed or link to third-party services. Those services may have their own terms and policies.
12. Payments
Tupolis is currently provided as part of programmes purchased elsewhere and does not currently operate a standalone Tupolis subscription. If that changes, these terms must be updated before the new payment model launches.
13. Suspension and termination
People Building may restrict or end access where permitted by the relevant agreement, including for serious misuse, security risk, unauthorised sharing or other material breach. Statutory rights are unaffected.
14. Liability
Nothing in these terms excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded. Subject to applicable law, People Building does not guarantee that educational content will produce a particular personal, professional or therapeutic outcome.
15. Law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, subject to any mandatory consumer rights that apply.
