1. Scope
Tupolis is primarily a learning platform, not a public social network. Current/planned community functionality is principally restricted professional areas such as the People Building Licensee Forum and NLP4Kids Licensee Forum. These guidelines apply wherever comments, discussions, forums or other user-to-user interaction is enabled.
2. Respect
Professional disagreement is permitted; threats, harassment, bullying, stalking, humiliation, hate, sexual harassment, malicious impersonation or deliberate disruption are not.
3. Confidentiality
Do not disclose information you are not entitled to disclose. Practitioner case discussion must be appropriately anonymised/minimised; removing a name alone may be insufficient.
4. Children
Take particular care with child information. Current practitioner community areas are not intended as child discussion forums. Do not enable child forums, direct messaging, public profiles or adult-child messaging without a separate safeguarding/privacy/moderation review.
5. Safeguarding and crises
Community areas are not safeguarding-reporting or emergency systems and are not continuously monitored. Follow appropriate safeguarding/emergency procedures rather than waiting for a forum response.
6. Personal disclosures and advice
Community discussion is not private therapy, crisis support, medical care or automatically formal clinical supervision. User contributions may be wrong, incomplete or anecdotal. Practitioners remain responsible for professional judgement and competence.
7. Health claims
Do not deliberately present dangerous/misleading health claims as established fact. Do not instruct another person to alter prescribed medication unless appropriately authorised within a legitimate professional relationship.
8. Intellectual property and AI
Post only material you have authority to share. Do not export substantial protected/private community content into external AI systems or use AI to bypass confidentiality or copyright obligations. Users remain responsible for AI-assisted content they post.
9. Privacy/screenshots
Restricted community visibility does not make user information public. Do not distribute screenshots or personal details outside the authorised area where doing so breaches privacy, confidentiality, contract or IP rights. Evidence may be shared privately with an appropriate authority where legitimate.
10. Contact/marketing
Respect communication boundaries. Do not spam, deceptively solicit money, misuse contact details, phish or make unauthorised private contact with children.
11. Malicious/illegal content
No malware, credential theft, malicious downloads, fraud or unlawful activity.
12. Moderation
People Building may review reports, remove content, close discussions, warn users, restrict posting/access or take action under applicable agreements. Moderation may be reactive rather than continuous; every post is not guaranteed to be reviewed.
13. Reporting
Report concerns to info@peoplebuilding.co.uk with subject Tupolis Community, identifying the relevant material without unnecessarily reproducing confidential information.
14. Future features
Substantial new community features require policy, privacy, accessibility, security and safeguarding review before launch.
