1. Ownership
Tupolis contains intellectual property owned by People Building Ltd and/or licensors/contributors. Access does not transfer ownership.
2. Protected material
Protected material may include courses, videos, audio, presentations, worksheets, workbooks, exercises, quizzes, assessments, scoring systems, graphics, downloads, practitioner resources, templates, scripts, methodologies, programme structures, copy, software, source code, database structures, prompts, structured AI instructions, workflows and branding.
3. User licence
Authorised users receive a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to use content for the authorised learning/professional purpose.
4. Downloads and personal copies
A provided download function permits the authorised use of that resource, not automatic republication, resale, mass sharing, competing-course creation or model training. Reasonable personal printing may be allowed for intended programme use.
5. Practitioner licences
Practitioner rights to use particular materials with clients/schools/parents arise from the applicable franchise, licence, training or written agreement. Seeing a resource in Tupolis does not expand that contractual licence.
6. Unauthorised reproduction
Do not systematically screen-record, record, copy, photograph, scrape or recreate substantial Tupolis content unless authorised or a legal exception applies. Cosmetic rewriting or reformatting does not necessarily turn copied protected material into independent work.
7. Learning versus copying
Users may learn ideas and skills. Copyright does not ordinarily monopolise ideas themselves, but it may protect original wording, recordings, worksheets, presentation, software, selection and arrangement.
8. AI/model training
Without authorisation, do not upload substantial Tupolis libraries to AI services, train/fine-tune models on them, create datasets/embeddings/knowledge bases for unauthorised purposes, systematically extract content, or build a competing AI/course product from protected content.
Limited incidental AI assistance with a user's own notes is not automatically prohibited where copyright, confidentiality and other obligations are respected.
9. Software/security
Do not copy source code, circumvent access controls or exploit systems to extract proprietary material except where applicable law expressly permits an act that cannot lawfully be restricted.
10. Trademarks and branding
People Building, NLP4Kids, Tupolis and related names/logos may be protected. Do not falsely imply endorsement, accreditation, employment, franchise/licence status or partnership.
11. User-created content
Users retain rights they own in original submissions, while granting People Building the limited technical licence needed to host/process them. Users are responsible for having authority to upload material.
12. Third-party content
YouTube videos, linked resources, practitioner-owned material and other third-party works remain subject to their owners' rights and terms.
13. Reporting
Report suspected infringement to info@peoplebuilding.co.uk with subject Tupolis Intellectual Property, identifying the work, location, claimed right and basis of authority.
14. Enforcement
People Building may remove content, restrict access, require deletion of unauthorised copies, act under relevant agreements or pursue available remedies for material misuse.
