1. Educational purpose

Tupolis contains educational and skills-based material covering subjects that may include mental health, anxiety, confidence, behaviour, psychology, personal development, communication, relationships, resilience, DBT, NLP, coaching and hypnotherapy.

2. No automatic professional relationship

Using Tupolis alone does not create a doctor-patient, therapist-client, counsellor-client or other regulated professional relationship. Separate services may be governed by separate agreements.

3. Not emergency support

Tupolis is not an emergency or crisis service and is not continuously monitored. In an immediate UK emergency call 999 or attend an appropriate emergency service. Outside the UK use the appropriate local emergency route.

4. Medical and medication information

Platform content is not a substitute for individual medical advice. Do not start, stop or change prescribed medication solely because of general Tupolis content.

5. Psychological/therapeutic information

Educational material cannot take account of every person's history, diagnosis, risk, circumstances or suitability. DBT-related learning is not necessarily comprehensive DBT treatment. Evidence and usefulness for NLP, coaching and hypnotherapy can vary by technique, context and person.

6. Exercises

Stop or adapt an exercise if it causes significant distress and seek appropriate professional support where required.

7. Assessments and scores

Unless expressly stated otherwise, quizzes, screening questions and scores are not diagnoses or emergency risk assessments. Screening is not the same as diagnosis.

8. Results

No particular therapeutic, educational, personal or professional result is guaranteed.

9. Children

Parents/guardians remain responsible for appropriate supervision and for obtaining professional help where a child needs individual assessment, treatment, safeguarding or emergency support.

10. Practitioners

Practitioners remain responsible for their own competence, professional judgement, legal/safeguarding obligations and appropriate referral.

11. AI

Future AI will be subject to the same fundamental limitation: it is not a medical, therapeutic or emergency service.
